Taylor Jones is the Founder & CEO of The Hello Group. He is an award-winning, multi-dimensional entertainment executive, manager, A&R, agent, songwriter, executive producer, and creative director.

Overseeing THG's operations, Taylor is a hands-on, highly creative, experienced leader with strong expertise in business strategy, global marketing initiatives, and project management across all facets of entertainment and branding.

As an A&R Executive, Taylor is globally recognized in the music industry as a driving force in the global rise of K-Pop in today's pop culture and has placed songs resulting in41 Billboard #1s and 70+ gold & platinum certifications for artists including BTS, SuperM, Victon, KAI (Exo), NCT 127, ITZY, TWICE, IVE, Cravity, Girls Generation, WayV and more. Throughout Taylor's career as a manager, he has represented and worked with winners of The Voice Kids, Pop Idol, Eurovision, The Masked Singer, I Can See Your Voice, The Four, and currently manages a prominent roster of influencers, artists, songwriters, and producers.

Taylor sits on the Executive Committee of City of Hope's 'Future Hope' board, is an Advisory Board member of music tech company LabelRadar, is an executive member of the Recording Academy (Grammys), and is a member of Music Biz.

Taylor was awarded Entertainment & Multimedia 'CEO of The Year' two years running at the Global CEO of Excellence Awards (2021 & 2022) and was listed by Yahoo Finance in the 'Top 10 Entrepreneurs U30 to watch in 2021.
