I have dedicated my career to seeking innovative solutions in the media and education industries. And I am relentless in using every tool and resource I have to bring those solutions into the world. Founded and manage a legal practice that advises clients on a range of matters in the entertainment, media, and education industries as well as related fields. Engagements have included serving as the lead attorney for a network-televised New Year’s Eve live music concert since 2014 and providing ongoing transactional legal services for an acclaimed music marketing and promotion company and a music/sports/talk SiriusXM satellite radio station. I am excited by any opportunity to use my backgrounds in law, business, education, entertainment, and communications to help make big ideas happen. But I don't do it alone. I benefit from a dynamic network of partners, collaborators, mentors, and friends who share my passions. We do great things together. If you want to join us on one of our adventures, then let's chat!

Ryan on why artists must be educated.

-Ryan Kairalla
