Building on his 7 years experience as A&R Manager for Rick Rubin at American Recordings, where he was involved in Albums ranging from Tom Petty, The Avett Brothers, ZZ Top, System Of A Down, and Slayer, Rico brings a focused approach to the creative direction and long term career strategy of his clients.
