With over 16 years of experience in the music industry, primarily as an A&R (Artists and Repertoire) executive at Interscope Records, I've had the privilege of discovering, signing, and developing some of the biggest musical talents in the world. My journey includes working with notable artists like Avicii, Billie Eilish, Dean Lewis, Gryffin, Jacob Collier, LMFAO, Madonna, Mura Masa among many others. In my role at Interscope, my main focus was on identifying potential talent and building strong teams around them. This involves assembling writers, producers, mixing engineers, and other creative professionals to help shape each artist's unique sound. However, I quickly found that I was equally passionate about the strategies that connect artists with their audiences. I believe that an artist's journey goes beyond just their music—it's about building a brand and fostering a community of fans while ensuring their artistic vision remains intact. Think of my position as a combination of a mentor and a champion for the artist. I worked diligently to advocate for their goals, navigating both internal label dynamics and external market challenges as their careers evolved. In addition to my A&R responsibilities, I began managing artists, producers, and songwriters during my tenure at Universal Music (Interscope Records). This eventually led me to launch my own music management company, rare society, where I continue to explore innovative ways to support artists, producers and writers in their careers.
