Jessica Entner is the VP of Creative Sync Strategy at Warner Chappell Music, leading a new role within the sync team focused on innovative music partnerships and strategic licensing opportunities. She is also the founder of J.E.M Music Strategy and Production, a full-service music supervision agency specializing in branded entertainment and advertising. With over two decades of experience, Jessica’s career began in 1999 at Maverick Publishing while also pursuing her own artistry—eventually signing as a songwriter with Warner Chappell. A Los Angeles native, she grew up immersed in music, spending her formative years at shows on the Sunset Strip. Her father, Warren Entner, was one of the founding members of The Grass Roots and went on to manage legendary rock bands such as Rage Against the Machine, Faith No More, Deftones, and Quiet Riot, giving Jessica a hands-on education in the business from day one. Early in her career, she worked as a freelance on-set production manager for top production agencies like Radical Media, DNA, and FM Rocks, supporting the production of iconic music videos, including Missy Elliott’s Work It. In 2003, she transitioned into the world of ad music production and supervision at Elias Arts, later holding executive-level positions at HUM, The Lodge, and Massive Music. |
