Poston’s career spans leadership roles at Concord Music Publishing, Glassnote Records, BMI, and most recently as Head of A&R at Grammy-winning music company Creative Titans. He was an early champion of Ed Sheeran, Avicii, and Cashmere Cat, signing them during their formative years at BMI. While at BMI, he worked with hit songwriter Caroline Ailin, who is now known for writing for Dua Lipa, Selena Gomez, and Katy Perry. During his time at Glassnote, Poston led A&R for Aurora’s breakthrough album, All My Demons Greeting Me as a Friend, featuring the single “Runaway,” which has been streamed over 1 billion times to date. In addition, he co-signed Grammy and Ivor Novello-winning writers Alex Metric, who has written for Silk City and Dua Lipa, and Justin Parker, who has written for Rihanna and Lana Del Rey.
