Charlotte Caleb is an artist manager with over 12 years experience. After studying Law at Kings College London and then at BPP Law School she went out to manage legendary trip hop artist Tricky at !K7 Records. She went from there to a boutique management company where she navigated independent and major label deals with artists like T.Williams, TALA and Spectrasoul. In 2019 she joined AWAL and became Director of BI, Data & Channel Optimisation before departing there in 2022 to develop what was to become ellevate. ellevate is Charlotte's venture with co-founder and management client TALA (Jasmin Tadjiky). It is a platform that develops early stage artists from passion to full time career through 1:1 coaching and digital learning. Charlotte was also a beneficiary of the MMF x YouTube accelerator fund in 2019 and the BPI Grow Music programme in 2024. |
