ATC has a roster of more than 70 artist, composer and producer clients, including Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, PJ Harvey, Faithless, Damian Rice, Johnny Marr, and Isobel Waller-Bridge. The company also represents over 400 acts through its live division, ATC-Live. Ric is also the co-founder and CEO of Driift, the market-leading producer and promoter of premium quality livestream events for the world's greatest artists and performers. Driift's productions include shows for The Smile, Jack Johnson, Laura Marling, Nick Cave, Niall Horan, Andrea Bocelli, Kylie Minogue, Little Mix and Dita Von Teese. During the COVID-19 lockdown, the company developed and produced the groundbreaking 8hr "Live At Worthy Farm" livestream for Glastonbury Festival, featuring onsite performances from the likes of Coldplay, HAIM, Damon Albarn, Michael Kiwanuka, Jorja Smith and Wolf Alice. Working with globally-renowned directors and iconic venues, Driift has continually broken new ground, and collaborated extensively with a wide range of artist teams and partners. In September 2022, the company acquired the DREAMSTAGE technology platform. Since launch, Driift sold more than 800,000 tickets to audiences in more than 190 countries, and received awards from BAFTA, the Royal Television Society and The Webbys. Prior to ATC, Ric founded management company Harvest Entertainment, representing globally established artists such as Seal, Morrissey and Joss Stone, and held senior A&R roles at Sony Music, Ministry of Sound and Warner Music International. Ric currently sits on the board of the UK's Music Managers Forum and the Council of Music Makers.
